Marlo came in highly recommended and I can see why - trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, professional and passionate about all things Tahoe. Although the buying process is so fraught with stress and emotions, Marlo was there every step of the way offering advice and anticipating questions. This specifically meant realistic comps assessments supported by the knowledge of the local market as well as help with developing offer and negotiation strategies. With Covid we found that everything took just a little longer than expected.
